Free Webcast: New Policies Related to COVID-19 at SSA

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has made many changes to its policies and procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These changes impact all areas of the agency – the local offices, each state’s Disability Determination Service, and the hearing offices. This webcast provides an overview of these changes, and offers suggestions for how advocates can interact with SSA during this unusual time.

Who should participate:
Aging and legal advocates serving individuals who receive Social Security, SSI, or SSDI, and who want to learn more about navigating the changes at SSA on behalf of their clients.

Kate Lang, Senior Staff Attorney, Justice in Aging
