The government programs that deliver critical health care, medicine, long-term services and supports, and home and community based services to low-income seniors are extremely complex; and the policies that govern and control access to these programs are difficult to navigate and ever changing. Through our expertise in law, elder rights, and the rules that govern these programs, we ensure that low-income seniors have access to the health care they need, and to which they are entitled by law. Our health care and long-term services and supports (LTSS) advocacy is focused on three areas.
